TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Arrival/Departure
Your room will be available from 4.00pm on the day of
arrival (unless alternative arrangements have been made) and you are kindly asked to vacate the room by 10.30am on
the day of your departure.
Accommodation
- Where one person books multiple rooms with a
deposit it is the responsibility of that person to pay all charges resulting in cancellation or a guests
non-arrival. We regret we cannot allocate all the deposits to one room.
- We reserve the right to charge full room tariff
should we not be able to re-sell the room due to any of the following:
- Smoking in a non-smoking
room.
- Breakages rendering the room incomplete to resell
to another guest.
- Specialist room cleaning including carpet shampooing
required.
Deposits
A non refundable deposit of 25% of the total cost is
required to confirm the booking. Deposits are neither refundable nor transferable.
Cancellations
In the unfortunate circumstances that you have to cancel or wish to postpone your
confirmed booking at any time prior to the event, charges will be made as follows:
- 7 days prior to arrival date - 50% of
balance.
- Less than 48 hours before arrival date (not time)
- 100% of balance.
As our booking policy
is a minimum two night stay, guests booking two nights and then wanting to cancel one of the nights will be
expected to pay for both nights.
We reserve the right to cancel the reservation if we have to close
due to circumstances beyond our control. In such an event all deposits and pre-payments will be refunded in full
but with no further liability.
Miscellaneous
Any loss or damage to Cherry Holme property will be
charged in full. We reserve the right to automatically deduct the required amount from the card and send a written
receipt.
- Cheques will only be accepted with a bankers card
and up to the guaranteed limit.
Paying a deposit accepts these terms and
conditions.
